Before the pandemic hit, addressing mental health was increasingly becoming a more popular topic. Now, with COVID-19 adding stress and uncertainty to everyday life, taking care of ourselves mentally is more important than ever. However, there are many challenges to proactively addressing our mental health, including existing factors like opioid addiction and new issues such as a decline in providers.
