Experience

Annie is a Vice President and manages our Claims Department. She manages the claims process and serves as an advocate on behalf of our clients. Her overall responsibility is to see that our claims reporting and advocacy services are conducted expediently and that final resolutions are fair and reasonable.

Annie has more than 14 years of risk consulting experience, including claims advocacy and data management. She has experience with a wide variety of insurance claims, including pharmaceutical product liability, construction defect, asbestos and other environmental liabilities, and traumatic brain injury liabilities. Her background as an attorney gives her a unique perspective when analyzing claims and contract requirements, and negotiating with carriers. She helps our clients with the process of collecting and submitting the necessary information and documentation for claims resolution. In addition to managing the claims process, Annie works directly with our clients to create and implement claims reporting processes and risk management best practices that maximize potential insurance coverage for losses.

Before joining Parker, Smith & Feek in 2018, Annie worked as a risk consultant for a large national broker, specifically working on claims advocacy. She is a licensed property and casualty insurance agent, as well as a licensed attorney in Washington State. She received a B.A. from the University of Utah, and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law.
