Private Client Group Client Executive

Experience

As a Private Client Group Client Executive, Claire provides concierge-level services to our clients who have business insurance needs. She works with a wide range of start-ups and long-established businesses, including commercial property owners, not-for-profit organizations, professional services, and retail operations. She works with a number of insurers that provide a full suite of property, liability, and auto coverages. She has access to specialty markets for additional coverages that clients may need, including professional liability, management liability for private and not-for-profit companies, cyber liability, and workers’ compensation.

Claire began her insurance career in 2009 and joined Parker, Smith & Feek in 2015. She has a well-rounded background, with experience in client services and underwriting for both personal and commercial insurance. She also has expertise in placing unusual risks in the surplus lines market.

Claire has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) professional designation and is working toward the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation. She holds a B.S. in psychology with Washington State University.

Outside of work, Claire’s community involvement has included volunteering with Miracle League Baseball, PAWS, the Boys and Girls Club, and a number of community theater groups.
