Experience

Kylene is a Client Executive in our Commercial Department. She manages all administrative aspects of the insurance program for some of our largest, most high profile, and technically complex clients. She is a primary contact for client risk managers and senior level management, and works directly with them in all aspects of their insurance program needs, providing proactive strategies for placement of coverage, development of policy contracts, and solutions to satisfy their continuing insurance requirements.

Kylene works with large-sized accounts in the Construction Practice Group. She has extensive experience in contract and lease reviews for insurance purposes, certificates of insurance review, and working with complex placements.

Kylene joined Parker, Smith & Feek in 2006 as an Associate Account Manager II and was promoted to her current position in 2012. She began her insurance career in 2002 as a commercial insurance assistant with Arthur J. Gallagher. Kylene received her A.A. degree in business administration from Spokane Falls Community College and holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designations.

Kylene is an active member of the IIABW Young Agents Association. She is also involved in the community through her volunteer work with Food Lifeline, Provail, Hopelink, Sound Generations, and various animal rescue groups.
